A warm and education-focused family in Winnetka, IL is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their three children, ages 8, 5, and 3. This is an excellent opportunity for a college-educated nanny who is passionate about child development and values academic growth. Education is a high priority in this household, and the ideal candidate will confidently provide daily homework support, encourage curiosity, and create structured, developmentally appropriate activities that foster learning and independence.
Key responsibilities include school drop-offs and pick-ups (family car provided), planning engaging play and enrichment activities, preparing children’s meals, and keeping children’s areas organized and tidy. The nanny will also assist with light child-related household tasks and must be a confident swimmer. Flexibility for occasional travel with the family is required.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:45 PM.
Annual salary is $85,000–$90,000, based on experience.
