A lovely family based in Winkfield, near Windsor, is seeking an experienced and professional nanny to care for their two boys, aged 1 and 3. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing and organised childcare professional who is confident supporting early years development while maintaining a calm, structured home environment. The family is looking for someone empathetic, proactive, and experienced in all aspects of nursery and toddler care. A driver is required for this position.
Working Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the nanny will be responsible for full nursery duties, including planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, organising local classes and outings, preparing healthy meals, managing children’s laundry, and keeping play areas tidy and well organised. A strong understanding of developmental milestones is essential, as the role involves supporting both children’s emotional, social, and cognitive growth. The ideal candidate will confidently establish routines, encourage positive behaviour, and create stimulating learning opportunities through play.
Occasional babysitting and travel with the family will be required, so flexibility is appreciated.
Salary is £37,000–£45,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.
