Family in Wilton, CT is seeking a long-term and caring live-out Nanny. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of childcare for two children right now (3 and 6 years). The family also has a newborn (born in January 2024) and the candidate will be responsible for all three children once the Mom returns to work. Responsibilities include pick ups/drop offs from school (located about 2 miles away from the home), ensuring safe transportation to their activities and assisting the 6 year old on and off the bus. Although childcare is the primary responsibility, candidate will also do the family’s laundry, light tidying, prepare simple meals for the children, and empty the dishwasher. Ideal candidate is patient, trustworthy, reliable and easygoing. Must be pet friendly as the family has two dogs. No travel required. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to use own vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-7:00pm and Friday, 8am-1pm. $27-$30/hr DOE, 3 weeks PTO, major holidays paid, and no health insurance.
