The focus here is on attentive infant care paired with a thoughtful, proactive approach. You’ll be creating a gentle rhythm to the day, balancing feeds, naps, and play, while also getting out and about for fresh air and stimulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing attentive infant care, including feeding, naps, and daily routines
Engaging the baby in sensory play and age-appropriate developmental activities
Taking initiative to plan the day without needing constant direction
Getting outdoors regularly—walks, local parks, and fresh air
Maintaining a calm, safe, and nurturing environment
Supporting the baby’s overall development through interaction and play
The schedule is Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a rate of $30–$35+ per hour depending on experience.
