A professional family in Westport, Connecticut is seeking an experienced Night Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to provide overnight support for their newborn. This role is ideal for a calm, confident professional with extensive experience in overnight newborn care, helping parents rest while establishing healthy sleep routines and safe practices for their baby.
This temporary position (~4 months) offers a focused opportunity to work exclusively overnight, providing attentive, hands-on newborn care in a supportive family environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide overnight newborn care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and sleep support

Establish and maintain healthy sleep habits and routines

Ensure safe sleep practices and closely monitor the baby overnight

Maintain a calm, clean, and organized environment

Communicate nightly updates to parents on baby’s sleep, feeding, and wellbeing
Ideal Candidate

Extensive experience as a Night Newborn Care Specialist (NCS)
