A family in Westminster, London SW1P is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Maternity Nurse to provide compassionate support during the early weeks with their newborn. The family is looking for a warm, knowledgeable professional who can confidently care for the baby while giving the mother the opportunity to rest, recharge, and enjoy a few hours for herself. Fluent Russian is essential, as the family would like to communicate comfortably and receive guidance in their preferred language. Responsibilities include providing attentive newborn care, supporting feeding routines, settling and soothing the baby, monitoring the baby’s well-being, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and offering practical advice and reassurance when appropriate. This is a temporary two-month contract beginning at the end of October. The schedule is 3 to 4 days per week, with shifts of 4 to 6 hours per day. The family is offering £25 gross per hour on a self-employed basis.
