A private family in the West Village of Manhattan is seeking an experienced Spanish-Speaking ROTA Nanny to join their established household and care for three young children. This is a hands-on position for a nanny who is organized, dependable, and comfortable taking responsibility for the children’s day-to-day routines. The family has a structured, fully staffed household with multiple nannies, so the ability to communicate well, work as part of a team, and keep things running smoothly is important. Professional fluency in Spanish is required.
The nanny will manage the children’s schedules, activities, appointments, outings, meals, clothing, and daily transitions while providing warm, consistent care throughout the working rotation. The family also travels domestically and internationally, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable travelling with children and adapting to different environments.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, hands-on care for three young children throughout the working rotation.
Plan and coordinate age-appropriate activities, outings, play, and daily routines.
Manage school schedules, appointments, extracurricular activities, and daily transitions.
Prepare the children for appointments, activities, travel, and departures.
Organize children’s clothing, bags, meals, and activity supplies.
Support the children’s development, routines, confidence, and age-appropriate independence.
Maintain a consistent, structured routine while adapting to the children’s individual needs.
Handle children’s laundry and light housekeeping related to the children.
Coordinate closely with the co-nanny and other household staff to maintain consistency between rotations.
Drive the children as needed for school, activities, appointments, and outings.
Travel domestically and internationally with the family as required.
Keep parents informed and communicate clearly about the children’s schedules, routines, and daily needs.
Ideal Candidate
10+ years of professional nanny experience.
Professional fluency in Spanish.
Highly organized, structured, efficient, and punctual.
Confident caring for multiple young children and managing a busy daily schedule.
Comfortable working within a structured, fully staffed private household.
Experienced working alongside other nannies and household staff.
Flexible and comfortable with domestic and international family travel.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $100,000 to $120,000+ annually
