Private family in the West Village of Manhattan is seeking a Spanish-speaking Rotational Nanny to care for their three young children—a 5-year-old and 2-year-old twins.
Responsibilities Include:
Full care of the children during your rotation
Daily planning of age-appropriate, stimulating activities
Light housekeeping related to the children
Children’s laundry and meal preparation
Driving as needed (a valid driver’s license is required)
The family is bilingual and places strong cultural value on Spanish language immersion and Latin American family traditions, so a nanny who shares that background or understands those values is highly appreciated.
They have a second home in Long Island. Must be passport-ready and open to domestic and international travel as needed
What the Family is Looking For:
10+ years of professional nanny experience, with long-term roles and excellent references, or 5+ years working in a similar role with a single family
Prior rotational schedule experience (7 days on/off) is preferred
Comfortable working in a fully staffed home with other professionals
Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and a collaborative team player
Knowledgeable about early childhood development and confident in planning daily routines, enriching activities, and supporting developmental milestones
A warm, calm, loving, and dependable presence
Schedule Details:
24/7 coverage during your 7 working days (approximately 6:30/7am – 7:30/8pm)
Weekly handover every Tuesday evening with the co-nanny for a smooth and consistent transition
Compensation up to $120,000 per year.
