A family in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time nanny to care for their three children, aged 4 and 1. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple children, with a focus on providing attentive care, supporting developmental milestones, and planning engaging, age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities include maintaining consistent routines, preparing nutritious meals for the children, transporting them to and from school, playdates, and activities, and taking full responsibility for nursery duties such as tidying, children’s laundry, and organizing their spaces. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a calm, positive approach are essential. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and starts as soon as the right fit is found. Salary starts at £45,000 gross per year.
