Minneapolis MN – A family based in Wayzata, Minnesota is seeking an experienced and Certified Newborn Care Specialist for a 5-month contract starting in August, providing overnight care for their newborn baby. This position involves working 5 nights per week on 12-hour overnight shifts, supporting the family during the early months with expert newborn care and guidance. Responsibilities include overnight feeding, diapering, soothing and settling the baby, bottle preparation and sterilization, maintaining detailed overnight logs, supporting healthy sleep and feeding routines, nursery organisation, and managing infant laundry. The ideal candidate will be calm, knowledgeable, professional and highly experienced with newborns, with the ability to confidently guide parents through the newborn stage while creating a peaceful overnight environment. Private live-in accommodation will be provided throughout the assignment, along with a vehicle for the Newborn Care Specialist’s personal use. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour depending on experience.
