Busy Washington, D.C. Family is seeking a ROTA Nanny to join their team and help care for their 5 children ages 5 months, 3, 6, 8, 10.
The ideal candidate is someone who aligns with their values and can support them in raising their children. The family looks forward to finding someone who can join their professional yet warm team. Their fully staffed home includes a house manager, a cook, a housekeeper, a part-time nanny, and a rotational co-nanny. A candidate who can confidently work alongside others and regularly collaborate with the team and a stay-at-home parent is essential. The candidate must have a valid license and passport and be ready to travel domestically or internationally. The position is live-in during working weeks and includes a private room and bathroom. The family prefers candidates who reside within a two-hour flight or a four-hour drive from their home.
Schedule: 2 weeks on/off. Live-in while on rotation. Live out when off. The typical working hours will be between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Compensation: $110-140K gross per year DOE.
