Working parents based in Virginia Water, Surrey are seeking an experienced live-out nanny with a strong educational focus to care for their two school-aged children. The nanny will be responsible for managing the morning routine, school drop-offs and pick-ups, liaising with the children’s school, assisting with reading and homework, and supporting their busy after-school schedules. During the school holidays, the role will include planning engaging outings and educational activities that encourage creativity, confidence, and learning through play. All usual nursery duties form part of the position; however, a housekeeper is employed, allowing the nanny to focus primarily on the children’s care and development. A confident driver is essential, and a car will be provided for use while on duty. The family is looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing busy school routines, encouraging independence, and helping the children continue to develop academically and socially.
During term time, the hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–8:30 am and 2:00 pm–6:30 pm. During school holidays, the schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–6:30 pm. The position starts in January .
