An international family based in Vancouver, Canada is seeking an experienced, live-in nanny to provide high-quality care for their 2-year-old toddler and a newborn arriving in June. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional nanny with a strong understanding of early childhood development and an ECE (Early Childhood Education) background, who is confident supporting both toddler and newborn milestones in a dynamic, travel-oriented household.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, nurturing, and highly organized, with proven experience caring for multiple young children. Responsibilities will include full care of the toddler and newborn, supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate play and learning activities, establishing and maintaining feeding and sleep routines, and creating a calm, stimulating environment. As both parents run their own businesses, the nanny must be capable of working independently, anticipating needs, and providing consistent, reliable support.

In addition to standard nanny duties, the role includes light housekeeping related to the children, such as children’s laundry, tidying play areas and bedrooms, organizing toys, preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children, and maintaining nursery spaces. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with the parents are essential to ensure smooth day-to-day routines.

This is a live-in position, offering accommodation as part of the role. The family travels extensively, spending 3–4 months per year in New Zealand, as well as additional travel throughout the year, so the nanny must be flexible, travel-ready, and comfortable working internationally while maintaining consistency for the children.

Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in Canada, as visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must be passport-ready and able to travel internationally with the family.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 50–55 hours per week
Start Date: April or May
