A busy family of 4 on the Upper East Side is looking for a governess/educational nanny for their 2 children aged 8 and 13-years-old. The schedule would be Monday through Thursday, 2pm-8pm with occasional extra evening hours. The family spends summers at their home in Greenwich, CT, so you must be able to live-in or commute to Greenwich from the end of May until after Labor Day. The main responsibilities will include school pick-ups, preparing snacks for the children, helping with homework, additional tutoring where needed, engaging with the children, getting outside with the children, playing soccer with them, ensuring the children’s bags are packed for school the next day, and forming a bond and providing emotional support for the children. The parents would love to find someone who speaks Hebrew and is able to tutor the children in Hebrew, however, this is not required. The family is open to a range of hourly rates between $35-$70/hour (depending on experience) and can be flexible for the right person. A health care stipend could also be offered to the right person
