NEW YORK CITY, NY (OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES)- Wonderful family living on the UPPER EAST SIDE seek a FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY for their energetic 1-year-old boy. They are looking for someone to be with him from the time he wakes up until he goes to bed (usually 6:30am-7:30pm but needs to be flexible). Parents try and put him to bed / hang out with him whenever they are home but need someone willing and able to be flexible should they have evening engagements or work evenings. Ideally, they are looking for care M-F with the ability to work Sundays if desired but would potentially compromise on Sundays if needed. Duties are first and foremost keeping their son happy, healthy and cared for. Meal prep for the child is required in addition to helping with the child’s laundry and light housekeeping when time permits. Live-in accommodations consist of a private bedroom and bathroom in the family’s apartment home. The ideal candidate is engaging with the child (walking with him, talking, reading), fun-loving, easy-going, and creative in planning age-appropriate activities. They prefer someone who is willing to travel with the family. A bonus if you are willing to help meal prep for the family (Kosher diet) and speak Hebrew, but not a requirement. Benefits include paid sick days, holidays and vacation. Pay is $1500-2000/week. Start date is flexible for the right candidate.
