A lovely family based in Turnham Green, London is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their 11-month-old baby. With one parent working from home, they are looking for a confident and knowledgeable nanny who can work collaboratively while taking initiative in guiding and advising first-time parents. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with babies of a similar age, a thorough understanding of developmental milestones, and the ability to create structured, engaging routines that support healthy growth and learning.
Responsibilities include planning stimulating, age-appropriate activities, booking local baby classes, monitoring and tracking developmental milestones, and adjusting daily routines as the child grows. The nanny will carry out all nursery duties, including preparing healthy meals and snacks, managing baby laundry, keeping play areas tidy, and ensuring the nursery remains organized and hygienic. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to offer gentle guidance to parents are essential qualities for this role.
The position is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary up £50,000+ gross per annum, depending on experience.
