A family is looking for a temporary travel nanny. The trip will be March 27th through April 1st, going to Turks & Caicos, from New York. The nanny will start on March 25th, to get better acquainted with the children. The family lives in the Syosset area of Long Island, NY. The family includes the mother, father, 7-year-old girl, and 3-year-old boy.
This person must be a seasoned travel nanny and must have traveled to the Caribbean and/or Europe with families with toddler-aged children. This person must also have experience having traveled with at least two children. The family will be looking to this person for their expertise in traveling with young children, packing/unpacking, dealing with them at the airport and during the flight. The travel nanny must be a team-player and must take initiative and be proactive in helping with the the children, keeping them entertained, and playing with them. It would be a major bonus if this person is familiar with potty training.
The family is offering a generous salary. The travel nanny must be a strong swimmer, must have their CPR/first aid certification, must have their valid U.S. Passport, and must be COVID vaccinated. Salary is $35-$45/hour, contingent on experience
