A family in TriBeCa is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to provide expert, round-the-clock care for their newborn beginning in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled newborn professional who is confident supporting early development, establishing healthy sleep routines, and guiding parents through the newborn stage. The schedule is Monday through Sunday, 20 hours per day with a consecutive 4-hour break. Live-in accommodations will be provided.
Responsibilities include all aspects of newborn care: feeding (breast and/or bottle), diapering, soothing, assisting with sleep scheduling and sleep shaping, nursery organization, sterilizing bottles and pump equipment, supporting breastfeeding and pumping routines, managing the baby’s laundry, and maintaining a clean, sanitary nursery environment. The ideal candidate is calm, knowledgeable, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Infant CPR and First Aid certification is required. Compensation ranges from $600–$700 per day, depending on experience.
