The nanny will also engage the child in age-appropriate, fun, and educational play, organize playdates, and help reinforce good manners and early social skills. A strong background in toddler care is required, while a clean driving record and confident swimming ability are considered a plus. The family is looking for someone who is organized, nurturing, and able to seamlessly adapt between working in a structured home environment and on the move.
