We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Time Nanny with a strong background in child development to care for a newborn in Tiburon, CA, while also supporting a busy family with two older children in school full-time. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable and nurturing professional who understands infant milestones, sleep routines, and developmental stages, and can create a structured, engaging environment that promotes early growth and wellbeing. Primary responsibilities include attentive newborn care such as feeding, sleep support, and age-appropriate developmental activities, as well as driving the older children to and from school and extracurricular activities as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident working alongside a work-from-home parent, with excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s licence, and a willingness to travel occasionally with the family. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay: $40+ per hour.
