A HNW family based at The Palm, Dubai is looking for an Italian-speaking nanny to care for their two children, aged 6 and 3 (both attending school). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being focused purely on the children, supporting their learning, routines, and emotional development, without any nursery or housekeeping duties. The family spends summers in Europe, so a flexible, travel-ready mindset is important.
They’re ideally looking for someone with a background in education or early years care who can bring structure, creativity, and a natural ability to connect with school-aged and younger children alike. The household is fully staffed, so you’ll be part of a wider team, but your focus will remain on the children.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating and engaging with the children in Italian to support language development
Supporting learning, homework, and school routines for both children
Planning fun, age-appropriate educational activities and outings
Encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction
Managing after-school routines in a calm, structured way
Travelling with the family during summer stays in Europe
Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household
A separate hotel apartment nearby is provided, and the role is Monday to Friday, around 50 hours per week.
Salary is £5,000 per month.
