Family in Temecula, CA is seeking a nurturing and experienced Waldorf Nanny/Educator to care for their elementary-aged daughter and provide household support. The family values creativity, holistic education, and a balanced lifestyle, and they are looking for someone who can thoughtfully integrate Waldorf-inspired teaching and homeschooling into their daughter’s daily life.

Core Responsibilities
Childcare
Provide attentive, engaging care for the family’s daughter during after-school hours, weekends, and travel periods.
Organize and maintain the child’s personal spaces, learning materials, and supplies at home and on the road.
Facilitate extracurricular commitments such as music lessons, encouraging consistent practice.
Homeschooling & Teaching
Incorporate Waldorf education philosophies via homeschool curriculum and into daily routines, emphasizing nature, art, storytelling, and imaginative play.
Household Management
Handle light household organization, errands, laundry, and grocery shopping.
Maintain kitchen organization and assist in trip preparation (packing, organizing educational materials, and supplies).
Coordinate with the housekeeper to ensure smooth household operations.
Schedule & Travel
School Year: 30 – 35 per week. Daily weekday homeschool and after-school care two- three afternoons per week plus 6 flexible hours for household management tasks.
Weekends: One weekend per month, up to 48 continuous hours of care.
Travel: Domestic and international trips; private accommodations provided. Passport required.
Compensation: $40 – $45 per hour
