A busy family relocating from Australia to Israel is looking for a French-speaking nanny to help them with their children G4, G3, B twins 16 months.
The ideal candidate is nice, vocational, nurturing, but at the same time someone who can implement limits, routines and boundaries. The parents are looking for someone who can help mum and like their kids to behave in a polite way and have good manners. Etiquette and good behavior is very important for this family.
Mom stays at home and Dad will be working from home. So, the nanny has to be happy working alongside mum and dad at home.
The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, and well-organized. It is important that the nanny can help the child follow a routine and collaborate with the parents to set up developmental milestones. The nanny will help the children to learn and develop through fun, age-appropriate activities. The ideal candidate has initiative, can work independently and is happy to work closely with the parents. The nanny should have a childcare qualification and a proven track record in a similar role.
As a nanny, you will also be responsible for other tasks related to the well-being of the children. These tasks may include dressing, bathing, washing, meal prep, playing and interacting with the children, alongside keeping the play areas and bedroom neat and organised. You will need to be able to adapt to the day-to-day needs of the child and her parents. It is also important that you are kind, caring and understanding. Please note, the family enjoy travelling and the nanny will be expected to travel with them.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Relevant childcare qualifications and at least 2-3 years working in a similar position, with a track record staying with family’s long term.
