A lovely, warm family are looking for a permanent nanny to look after their gorgeous 21 month old on a sole charge basis four days per week, Monday – Thursday, 8am – 6pm.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is proactive, has a loving and warm energy, educationally and developmentally focussed as well as someone who is organised, gentle in their approach and experienced. A maternal, experienced, warm and calm person will fit in well. They are definitely on the more gentle side of parenting so someone who is also gentle minded a must as well as someone who is able to communicate and work with parents.
The family are looking for someone who they can learn from but also wants someone who is a team player and someone who is able to provide their son with a fun and engaging environment.
Both parents work and sometimes from home, although they definitely understand the importance of making themselves scarce and will often hide away or tuck themselves in a cafe near by so not to upset the balance.
The role is to start in January 2023 and the family are based in Teddington.
