Requirements:
Previous experience caring for infants or toddlers
Strong understanding of child development and milestones
Ability to plan age-appropriate educational and engaging activities
Comfortable handling all aspects of daily childcare
Safety-conscious with excellent judgment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Must maintain a clean and organized environment

Schedule & Compensation:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
$35–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
