TAMPA, FL (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) – Young family is seeking a loving Spanish-speaking ROTA NANNY/MOTHERS HELPER for their 2 children (a 2-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl). Rota schedule is 14 days on, and 14 days off with live-in accommodations during working days. The family prefers someone either local, willing to relocate, or willing to go back and forth independently. The family will not cover transportation to and from work. Hours are roughly 7 am – 8:30 pm, with flexibility for date nights/weekends and the ability to travel with the family domestically and internationally. This family is looking for a candidate who will grow with the family for years to come. Mom is a SAHM who is very involved with the children and needs someone to assist her while dad is working.
The perfect candidate will be dependable, flexible, polished, physically active to keep up with the busy children, professional, and respectful of the fact that the mom is a young mom. The duties include accompanying mom and children to extracurricular activities, helping pick up around the house, helping ensure the household is running smoothly, helping with the family laundry, planning educational activities for the children, and overall helping the children grow developmentally.
The family has a gentle approach to parenting (firm when necessary) and the mom prefers an attachment style of parenting. Mom’s goal is to raise kind humans and develop quality character. Candidates should have an understanding of early childhood development. The nanny will have a private bedroom and bathroom on the main floor of the home.
The family has no vaccine preference. The candidate will need a passport and must be willing to sign an NDA. Benefits will begin after a 60-day period, this includes paid sick days (accrued) + PTO (accrued) + Major holidays off and paid. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $70k gross.
