A UHNW family based in Tampa, Florida is seeking an exceptional Spanish-speaking ROTA Nanny to join their established childcare team and provide outstanding care for their three children, all under the age of five. Working alongside another professional nanny, you’ll share responsibility for creating a calm, structured, and nurturing environment where the children can thrive. This is a fully staffed household that values teamwork, professionalism, and discretion, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced nanny who enjoys working to the highest standards of private service.
The position operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, with full 24/7 responsibility for the children during your working rotation. The family is looking for someone who is confident caring for multiple young children, passionate about child development, and able to naturally support the children’s Spanish language skills through everyday conversation and play. Flexibility to travel with the family is essential, as is the ability to adapt seamlessly between home life and travel while maintaining familiar routines and exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, hands-on care for three children under the age of five
Work collaboratively with the second nanny to ensure consistency of care and routines
Support the children’s Spanish language development through daily interaction and play
Encourage age-appropriate learning, creativity, and developmental milestones
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Maintain structured daily routines, including naps, meals, activities, and bedtime
Drive the children safely to appointments, activities, and outings
Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities that promote learning and exploration
Travel domestically and internationally with the family, maintaining continuity of care
Ensure the children’s safety, wellbeing, and happiness at all times
Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism within a high-profile household
Requirements:
Previous experience caring for multiple children under the age of five in a private household or luxury nanny role
Fluent Spanish and English
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Professional, discreet, organised, and calm under pressure
Familiarity with the Tampa area and local resources
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Must already be based locally in the Tampa, Florida area – this is not a fly-in/fly-out position
Eligility to work in the U.S.
Salary: From $120,000+ per annum, depending on experience
