A family in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a full-time nanny who is also open to helping with light family assistant duties. They have a 4-year-old who attends school and a newborn who is currently primarily cared for by mom, who is a stay-at-home parent. The main focus of the role will be supporting the 4-year-old with school routines, driving to and from activities, and keeping them engaged and active after school with fun, structured activities. Additional responsibilities include helping around the house with child-related tasks, light household support, and running occasional errands to help the household run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing childcare with day-to-day family support. The family would ideally like coverage Tuesday through Saturday, but they are open to Monday–Friday for the right fit, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Compensation starts at $35/hr depending on experience.
