Stow on the Wold – Live in. Separate Cottage
We have a lovely down to earth family looking for a professional, confident and kind hearted nanny to assist in the care of their children. This is a family that will make you feel incredibly welcome.
They have four children aged 6 weeks (there is currently a maternity nurse employed), 1 ½ year old, 3 year old and a 6 year old. The eldest attends full time school and the 3 year old attends a local nursery in the morning.
This is a live in position working Monday to Friday covering 12 hours a day. Monday you can start at 9am and on Fridays finish at 4pm. Both parents work and mum often works from home but regularly attends meetings outside of the home.
Your role will be to care for the children, see to their day to day wellbeing, supporting their development and their education. Nursery duties are included. However, there is a housekeeper who will cover the children’s laundry and mum often batch cooks for the children which you will then just need to defrost and heat up.
It is essential that you have looked after three children and you must have experience caring for young babies through to school age. Longevity in previous employment is key for this role.
This is a busy household with lots going on so you must be super organised with a proactive and muck in attitude.
It is essential that you are a confident driver and happy to drive along country roads.
You will be provided with your own separate cottage with its only little garden and very private.
This is a happy household that would suit someone who enjoys country living and looking for a long term position.
Salary £40 – 50,000 gross per year.
