A family in Stockholm, Sweden is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to care for their 3-year-old child. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who thrives in a structured, fully staffed household and is confident providing attentive, development-focused care. The role involves managing the child’s full daily routine, supporting early learning through age-appropriate educational activities, and encouraging strong language development — ideally with native-level English fluency. The nanny will also promote independence, good manners, and positive behaviour in line with the family’s values.
Responsibilities include maintaining the child’s bedroom and play areas to a high standard of organisation, packing and supporting travel logistics, and communicating openly and professionally with parents and other household staff. International travel with the family will be required, so flexibility and a passport ready for travel are essential. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in fully staffed households, hold a childcare degree or equivalent qualification, and demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and a polished presentation, including being comfortable wearing a uniform.
This position operates on a 24/14 on-call rota schedule (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off).
Salary is €45,000–€65,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
