A laid-back, active family near Steamboat Springs, CO is seeking an educationally-minded, toddler-savvy nanny to join them on their beautiful ranch property and care for their 5-year-old!
Responsibilities include all things childcare-related from tidying play spaces to identifying developmentally-appropriate activities to incorporate, tag-teaming with parents as milestones like potty training approach, healthy meal prep for their child, and generally bringing a devoted, proactive spirit to the role and each day. In addition to other ranch staff, the family employs a housekeeper who manages all laundry and deep cleaning needs for the household. The ideal candidate will join the family for years to come and support them if/when they decide to grow their family!
Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 45+ hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Live-in. The family is happy to provide a newly renovated, fully-furnished one-bedroom and bathroom cottage on the ranch complete with a full kitchen. Relocation assistance provided.
Compensation: The family is offering $30-35+/hour dependent on experience.
