Live-In Nanny – Saint Petersburg, FL
A professional family based in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an experienced Live-In Nanny to support the care of their 2-year-old child and newborn twins. This is a collaborative role within a well-staffed household, working alongside a night nurse and a part-time nanny.
The family values structure, routine, teamwork, and flexibility, and is looking for a nanny who thrives in a supportive, organised environment while providing calm, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full nanny and nursery care for a toddler and newborn twins
Support and maintain the children’s daily routines, including feeding, naps, and bedtime
Work collaboratively with existing household staff
Prepare and cook meals for the children
Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children
Provide babysitting as required
Travel with the family when needed, ensuring continuity of care
Schedule: 6 days per week, up to 60 hours per week
Ideal Candidate Profile
Fluent English speaker
Proven experience caring for newborns (including multiples) and toddlers
Confident driver with a clean driving record
Flexible and happy to travel with the family
Team-oriented, adaptable, and professional
Comfortable working in a structured, staffed household
Accommodation & Compensation
Live-in position with private accommodation (own wing of the home)
$150,000+ annual salary, depending on experience
