A private family in St John’s Wood, London (NW8) is seeking a highly professional Norland Nanny to care for their 3-year-old child. This is a full-time, live-out position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to support a child’s early learning and development in a structured, nurturing environment.
The family is looking for a native English speaker, or a nanny with fully fluent English, who can confidently support language development and early education. Patience, kindness, and proven experience with preschool-aged children are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, sole-charge care for a 3-year-old child

Support early years education and language development through structured learning and play

Plan age-appropriate, stimulating activities to encourage cognitive and social development

Maintain consistent daily routines

Prepare healthy, nutritious meals for the child

Organise the child’s bedroom, play areas, clothing, and supplies

Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence

Communicate clearly and professionally with parents
Requirements:
