A family in St John’s Wood is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to care for their 4-month-old baby in a long-term role focused on continuity and consistency. The ideal candidate will be a confident, knowledgeable baby nanny with a proactive, development-led approach, enjoying sole charge care while supporting early milestones through age-appropriate play, interaction, and a calm, stimulating environment. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining feeding, sleep, and daily routines, managing all nursery duties related to the baby, and communicating clearly and consistently with the parents as the child grows and routines evolve. This is a Monday to Friday position, 8:00am–7:00pm, starting in April. Salary is £45,000 gross per annum.
