Russian-Speaking Nanny Job in St Albans (AL3)
A lovely family based in St Albans (AL3) is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking nanny to care for their 1-year-old child. This is a part-time position, Monday to Thursday, ideal for a nurturing and proactive nanny who enjoys supporting toddlers through key developmental stages.
The family is looking for a fluent Russian speaker who can naturally incorporate the language into daily routines, play, and learning, helping to foster bilingual development from an early age.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing attentive, sole-charge care for a 1-year-old child
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities at home and in the local community
Supporting developmental milestones, including language, motor, and social skills
Preparing healthy, child-focused meals
Organising toys and maintaining tidy play areas
Managing children’s laundry
Occasional babysitting as agreed in advance
Requirements:
Fluent Russian speaker (native or fully fluent)
Proven experience caring for toddlers
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Warm, reliable, and organised
Excellent references
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: £16–£18 gross per hour (depending on experience)
