Live-In Nanny – South Kensington, SW7
A professional family in South Kensington, SW7 is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to care for their two children, aged 9 and 6. The role combines sole and shared care, supporting the children’s day-to-day routines, development, and extracurricular activities while collaborating with the family and household staff.
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurturing, organized, and proactive caregiver to provide high-quality childcare in a supportive and structured home environment. The position includes occasional family travel and requires flexibility for evenings and proxy parenting duties.
Key Responsibilities

Provide sole and shared care for both children

Perform all standard childcare-related housekeeping duties, including managing wardrobes, laundry, and keeping toys and play areas tidy

Drive children as required for school, activities, and outings

Shop for children’s needs, including clothing and supplies

Plan fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities

Oversee and support homework and school projects

Travel with the family up to four times per year

Research and book holiday camps and extracurricular activities during school breaks

Manage all child-related administration during school hours, including school and club communication, playdate scheduling, and arranging medical appointments

Flexibility to babysit a few evenings per month and provide occasional proxy parenting
Requirements:

Experienced in caring for school-aged children

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Confident driver and comfortable navigating London traffic

Working Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
