A family based in Son Vida, Mallorca is looking for a live-in nanny / family assistant to support their two children, aged 3 and 5, both of whom attend school full-time. This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a relaxed but well-organised household and is confident balancing childcare with light family support during school hours. The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive, and bilingual in Spanish and English, with a genuine interest in child development and helping a busy family stay organised day to day.
During the afternoons, the focus will be on the children: supporting their routines, development, and after-school activities. While the children are at school, the role also includes light family assistant duties such as coordinating schedules, helping with travel planning, running errands, and supporting general household organisation. The family offers a comfortable live-in arrangement with a private bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a separate area of the home with a kitchenette.
Responsibilities include:
Providing after-school childcare for two children (ages 3 and 5)
Supporting daily routines, including meals, play, and bedtime preparation
Encouraging development through age-appropriate activities and structured play
Assisting with school routines and transitions
Light household and family assistant support during school hours
Scheduling and calendar management support
Assisting with travel planning and logistics
Running errands and helping coordinate day-to-day household needs
Maintaining a calm, organised, and supportive home environment
The nanny will work 40 hours per week with weekends off.
Salary is €3,500–€4,000 per month.
Candidates must hold an EU passport or valid EU work permit.
