A prestigious family based in Singapore is seeking an exceptional Norland-trained nanny or experienced governess to take full sole-charge responsibility for the care, education, and development of their 5-year-old child.
The family follows a Montessori-inspired approach and is looking for a professional who can create a nurturing, structured, and stimulating environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
The role will involve overseeing all aspects of the child’s daily routine, planning and delivering educational and developmentally appropriate activities, supporting school readiness and homework, managing the child’s diary and schedule, organising enriching outings, and ensuring consistent routines and boundaries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education and experience working within private households, combining warmth and professionalism with excellent organisational skills.
Working five days per week for approximately 10–12 hours per day, the successful candidate must be a confident driver, as a car will be provided for use while on duty. Accommodation consists of a private bedroom and bathroom within the family home.
