A family in Shrewsbury, Shropshire is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to provide sole-charge care for their newborn. This role is ideal for a nurturing, patient, and highly organized childcare professional with strong experience in infant care and early development. The nanny will be responsible for creating a safe, structured, and stimulating environment while supporting the baby’s growth and daily routines.
Key responsibilities include full newborn care—feeding, diapering, soothing, supporting sleep routines, and monitoring developmental milestones. The nanny will also maintain the nursery, handle baby laundry, prepare meals or bottles as needed, and keep play and sleeping areas tidy and hygienic. Strong communication with parents regarding the baby’s progress, routines, and daily activities is essential.
The schedule is Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
