A family in Sherman Oaks, CA is seeking an experienced afternoon nanny to care for their two children, ages 6 and 8. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and dependable, with experience supporting the busy routines of school-aged children. Responsibilities include school pick-ups and afternoon supervision, preparing healthy meals for the children, tidying the kitchen after meal preparation, handling the children’s laundry, keeping all children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings clean and organized, and creating a positive, structured environment after school. The nanny will also encourage engaging, age-appropriate activities and ensure the children remain on schedule with their daily routines. A nanny car is provided for all child-related transportation. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Compensation is $35 per hour.
