A wonderful family in Sherman Oaks, California is seeking an experienced, reliable, and energetic full-time nanny to care for their three children, ages 5, 2, and 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional caregiver who thrives in a busy household and enjoys working with both preschool and toddler-aged children.
The ideal candidate will be organized, patient, and confident managing multiple children while maintaining structure, warmth, and engagement throughout the day. The family will provide a vehicle for use during working hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing care for three young children

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for preschool and toddler development

Manage daily routines, including meals, naps, and structured play

School drop-off and pick-up for the 5-year-old

Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children

Maintain organization of children’s bedrooms, toys, and supplies

Coordinate outings, playdates, and enrichment activities

Encourage positive behavior, independence, and social development

Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily updates
Requirements:

Proven experience caring for multiple young children

Strong understanding of early childhood development

Organized, proactive, and dependable

Valid driver’s license (vehicle provided during working hours)
