A family in Shaker Heights, Cleveland, OH, is looking for an experienced nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby girl. This is a hands-on infant nanny role focused on providing attentive care, following her feeding and nap routines, and supporting her development through age-appropriate play and interaction.
The nanny will prepare bottles, follow the baby’s daily feeding schedule, and keep a clear record of feeds, naps, and diaper changes so the parents have an accurate picture of her day. Developmental play will include tummy time, sensory activities, reading, talking, music, and other simple activities that encourage her physical and cognitive development as she grows. Fresh air and outdoor time will also be part of the routine, with regular walks and visits to the local park when weather permits. The role includes all child-related nursery duties, such as washing bottles, handling the baby’s laundry, keeping her nursery and play areas tidy, and making sure her belongings are clean and organised.
The ideal candidate will be confident with young babies and comfortable caring for an infant who is changing quickly as she reaches new milestones. A calm, nurturing approach is important, along with good communication and attention to detail when it comes to her routine and daily needs.
Monday to Thursday hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Friday hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm. The salary is $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
