Family in Seattle is seeking a highly experienced ROTA Nanny to care for three children ages 6 years, 4 years, and 8 months. The ROTA Nanny will provide care aligned with the family’s routines, values, and preferences. Responsibilities include planning and engaging children in age-appropriate activities, enrichment, and socialization, while supporting developmental milestones and learning goals. The nanny will manage daily routines, including meals, naps and bedtime, bathing, dressing, and school or extracurricular logistics. Coordination with the parents, household manager, and co-ROTA nanny is essential to ensure seamless transitions and communication between rotations. Additional duties include maintaining a daily nanny journal, providing homework assistance, maintaining children’s wardrobes, laundry and inventories, packing and unpacking for travel, and keeping children’s spaces tidy and organized. The nanny will travel domestically and internationally during on-duty weeks, maintaining flexibility for short-notice trips, and must be comfortable driving children to school, activities, and appointments.
Rotational Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
On-Duty: 24/7 availability during on weeks
Accommodations: Live-in during on-duty rotations.
Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 Annually + travel stipend
