Family in Santa Monica are looking for a full-time nanny for their 4 children (ages 14G, 12G, 9B, and 2G). This is an active, well-supported home with two part-time nannies and weekly housekeepers already on the team. The family is seeking an additional full-time nanny who is confident, proactive, and genuinely loves supporting busy families.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for all four children
- Engage children in fun, enriching, and developmentally appropriate activities
- Support routines, schedules, and transitions throughout the day
- Assist with all childcare-related duties, including children’s meals, tidying play areas, children’s laundry, and organization related to daily care, and tidying of communal areas.
- Be proactive in anticipating the family’s needs and offering support
- Foster a safe, structured, loving, and engaging environment
- Drop-offs and pick-ups as needed for school, playdates, and extracurricular activities
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $40/hr
