A great family with two homes, one in Santa Monica and one in Malibu (that they frequent often), is seeking a rockstar nanny to join their team that runs like a well-oiled machine! There are 4 kids, and mom runs her own business. Kids are ages, 13, 11, 7, and 5 years old. They are hoping to find someone who is super energetic and fun, completely capable of keeping up with a buzzing household with a lot of moving parts. The family likes to travel on occasion and will love to bring you with them or be open to dog sitting while they are gone. The ideal candidate is fun, flexible, easy going, switched on, and can be helpful in all areas of their busy lives! Must be OK with meal prep for the kids, happy to help keep their areas tidy and organized, dog walking, and be active with the children. Are comfortable swimming with the children, playing sports or can come up with creative and energized activities to keep the kids engaged. Great opportunity to stick with a family for the long term!
The ideal candidate will have experience caring for multiple children of various ages, and must be attentive, alert, flexible, reliable, and highly responsible. Must have a perfect driving record, there is a lot of driving involved with the kids. Must have the ability to handle any issues or emergencies that may arise with a calm and level head. We are seeking someone who is naturally friendly, playful, creative, organized, energetic, proactive, and overall pleasant to be around. The family would love to find someone who will be genuinely happy to assist them with anything that may be needed, with a no task too big or small mentality. They are hopeful to find an amazing long term fit!
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays,9am-7pm, weekdays 12/2pm-8pm, guarantee of 40 hours per week. 2 days off in a row each week. Must be very flexible.
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour, paid time off
