SANTA BARBARA, CA – Our client is seeking a FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED NANNY for their three young kids ages 8, 5, and 1 years old. They are located in the Samarkand neighborhood of Santa Barbara.
The job is primarily with the 1-yr-old for most of the day caring for him while the older two children are in school full-time, then when they get out you pick them up and have the three kids in the afternoon and help out parents. Both parents work from home and outside in an office, so you must be okay with them around.
Their ideal Nanny is someone who knows Montessori or has an ECE background in education or preschool experience, someone who also has a good work ethic that can be on-time everyday, doesn’t call out all the time, is reliable, and can make a long-term commitment to the job/family. Must also have a good driving record as you’ll need to take the kids out to activities. They have a Nanny car for you to use when transporting the children.
The ideal schedule for them is MONDAY-FRIDAY from 8am-5:30pm and are offered via payroll and hourly rate of $35-$37/hr., plus PTO, Holidays, overtime, a health stipend, and guaranteed pay. Ideal start date is April 1st (or before).
