A family in San Roque, Santa Barbara is seeking a seasoned and highly experienced nanny to care for their growing family, including a 4-year-old girl, a 2-year-old boy, and a baby girl due in April 2026. This an excellent opportunity for a confident childcare professional skilled in supporting infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The older children attend preschool, and the family is looking for a nanny who is comfortable switching seamlessly between age groups, working within a collaborative, team-based household where the parents are very hands-on and actively involved in daily routines. The family would like the nanny to start prior to the arrival of the third baby to become familiar with the children, household rhythms, and care expectations.
The ideal candidate will be CPR certified and well-versed in safe infant care practices, providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care while supporting routines, play, and transitions. The core schedule is five days per week from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with the option for additional hours between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm to assist with morning routines and expanded coverage once the new baby arrives. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35–$40 per hour plus benefits.
