A HNW family based in San Diego is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to join their established childcare team in a fully staffed household caring for four children. The family is looking for a professional, collaborative and engaging nanny with a genuine passion for child development and supporting children through important developmental milestones. Working Monday through Friday between 7am and 7pm on a rotating schedule, the role focuses on creating engaging, age-appropriate activities, structured learning time, and encouraging curiosity, creativity and positive routines throughout the day. In addition to educational support and childcare responsibilities, the nanny will help maintain tidy learning and play spaces, encourage healthy eating habits, and contribute to a calm, organised environment alongside the wider household team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic and experienced working in staffed homes, with excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude. This is a live-out role, however candidates must be open to travelling domestically and internationally with the family when required. The position offers $45+ per hour depending on experience, along with paid overtime, sick days, and a medical stipend
