Seeking a highly experienced and professional career nanny to provide exceptional care and development support to two teen kids. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with teen children. Experience working with UHNW and/or high-profile families in the sports or entertainment sectors is required. This role demands exceptional professionalism, flexibility, confidentiality, and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-profile environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide full-charge childcare for 2 boys (ages 10 & 15), ensuring a safe, nurturing, stimulating and creative environment.
- Work in a small team setting with Lead Nanny.
- Design and implement daily routines, age-appropriate educational activities, and creative play to support cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Assist with school homework, projects, after-school activities, and weekend activities, as
scheduled. - Basic meal prep, cooking and snack preparation for kids.
- Active engagement and participation in outdoor activities required (sports, swimming, biking).
- Coordinate with principals (parents), lead nanny, and household staff to maintain consistency in schedules.
- Responsible for children’s laundry (wash, dry, fold and closet maintenance)
- Must be available for scheduled overnight work shifts at the family home.
- Manage children’s travel logistics, packing, passports, and time zone transitions for frequent
domestic and international travel. - Accompany family on trips, maintaining discretion and adaptability to changing environments.
- Oversee wardrobe management: closet organization, travel wardrobes and personal wardrobe shopping for kids.
- Collaborate closely with principals (parents), lead nanny, and estate management teams to align on family expectations and household protocols.
- Model and reinforce family values, etiquette, and emotional intelligence appropriate for kids in
private family settings, public and media-exposed settings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 8–10 years of full-time nanny experience in UHNW, celebrity, or private estate households.
Demonstrated experience supporting families in the sports or entertainment sectors with complex travel and public-facing schedules.
Strong foundation in child development, special needs and/or early child education; RIE highly desirable.
CPR and First Aid certified.
Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to last-minute changes and international travel.
Valid passport, driver’s license, and impeccable background and reference checks.
Full-Time, Live-Out Position; Flexibility Required (including evenings, weekends, overnights and travel).
COMPENSATION: DOE + Benefits
