Rotational Nanny position available in San Diego, CA working on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule with a local family and no fly-in/fly-out arrangement, so only San Diego-based candidates will be considered. The household includes three young children aged 4, 2, and a newborn, with a stay-at-home mother present and actively involved. The ideal candidate will have strong infant and toddler experience, a solid understanding of developmental milestones, and the ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities both at home and around San Diego, including local parks, classes, and child-friendly outings. Responsibilities include full childcare support during working weeks, assisting with daily routines, supporting the newborn’s care in collaboration with parents, and maintaining a nurturing, structured, and stimulating environment for all three children. The family enjoys travel and is seeking someone passport-ready and flexible to join them on domestic and international trips as needed. Compensation is $35/hour plus medical benefits offered.
